Apparently PotteryBarn Kids has bugged my brain. Love some of the bed sets and accessories. My goal is to create a look similar to these without spending a fortune. I like the idea of island decor, with surfboards, Hawaiian print, and beach tents. I’ve been toying with a beach theme since we were painting Mia’s nursery and I think I’m ready to undertake the project. I think I want something brighter, instead of pastels, but definitely like the look in these pictures. Can I successfully combine all of these ideas? We’ll see.
I think I found Mia’s bed stuff! I love how colorful it is and the price is great! Less than $40 for a queen size set (with matching sheets!).
I found my latest idea for Mia’s toddler room. Hawaiian theme! Anyone who knows me knows I have a TON of stuff for this already! :)
This is what our extra bedroom will look like when we get everything said and done. Well, minus the brick wall…The bed set is orginally from the master bedroom, but we had to switch it out because we upgraded from a Queen size bed to a King. Every now and then you stumble upon a great deal from JcPenney!
Inspiration for our family room. The walls will be a light yellow with bamboo shades similar to those in the picture.
Entryway ideas. Not sure if I’m going to go with the casual workspace look or something a little more formal.
Inspiration for the master bedroom. We have new furniture (IKEA) and I’m really looking forward to making it personal, while also remaining gender neutral. The colors are black, white, brown, gray and tan.
